The Opportunity

You will serve as the operational backbone of our Field Operations and Admin divisions, ensuring that complex electrical projects transition smoothly from the office to the job site. This role is designed for a self-directed professional with deep roots in the electrical industry who thrives on managing multifaceted tasks. You will play a direct role in the companys success by providing the administrative oversight necessary to maintain our commitment to no layoffs and stable growth.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinate essential project documentation and schedules to ensure field teams have the resources they need.

  • Manage a high volume of daily administrative tasks with professional precision and a self-starter mindset.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between project managers, field foremen, and external vendors.

  • Verify project compliance and electrical industry-specific paperwork to maintain operational standards.

  • Support all aspects of the business by adapting quickly to evolving operational needs and deadlines.

  • Track project milestones and material procurement to prevent bottlenecks in the production cycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Mandatory electrical industry experience with a strong understanding of industry-specific terminology and workflows.

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

  • Proven track record of exceptional attendance and reliability in a professional office setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously without a loss in accuracy.

  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 3 years of experience in project administration or office management within the construction or electrical trades.

  • Advanced proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience assisting with various business functions including logistics, billing, or client relations.
