This position involves no cold calling, no door knocking, and no pressure selling. Leads are provided, and you’ll follow a proven sales system with training.

$105,000 - $145,000 yearly

• Meet homeowners for in-home painting estimates
• Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Present clear, professional proposals
• Follow up and close sales opportunities
• Use CRM software to stay organized
• Coordinate smooth handoff of sold projects to production

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• 1 year of sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing $20,000–$30,000 home improvement projects
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs
• Self-motivated, organized, and follow-up oriented
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
