Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Production Support Specialist to support our high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth material flow, timely replenishment, and uninterrupted production operations within our manufacturing area. You will play a key part in maintaining lean processes, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient cleanroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials, components, and consumables to production workstations.
Remove finished goods, scrap, and empty material containers from the production floor.
Manage Kanban systems and material call signals to support Just-in-Time production.
Monitor inventory levels at point-of-use and proactively escalate potential shortages.
Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled material staging areas in accordance with 5S standards.
Support adherence to cleanroom procedures, contamination control, and safety standards.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with operators, logistics, and supervisors to prevent production interruptions.

Qualifications

13 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or material handling, ideally in a high-tech or cleanroom environment.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physically able to move materials and stand or walk for extended periods.
Proactive, structured working style with a focus on maintaining continuous flow.
