Paralegal at GOLFZON AMERICA INC – Chantilly, Virginia

GOLFZON America is seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal Department with contract management, research, compliance, and administrative tasks. As we are expanding rapidly, we’re looking for a resourceful, business-minded Paralegal to help scale our legal operations. What You’ll Do

· Own the contract process from intake to execution, helping teams move quickly while managing risk.

· Draft and revise agreements for vendors, partners, events, and technology deployments.

· Maintain our contract database and improve workflows as we grow.

· Support compliance, licensing, and regulatory projects across the U.S. and internationally.

· Assist with IP portfolio management, including trademarks and copyrights.

· Partner with HR on employment documentation and policy updates.

· Help prepare materials for board meetings and corporate governance.

· Jump in on special projects related to new product launches, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.

What You Bring

· 2+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in a tech, sports, or startup environment.

· Comfortable working independently and making recommendations.

· Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

· Ability to translate legal concepts into clear, practical guidance.

· A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn the business.

· Experience with contract management tools is a plus.
