Busser/Runner- City Lights Rooftop at StepStone Hospitality Inc. – Charlotte, North Carolina

We are looking for an ambitious and fun individual to join our hard working food and beverage team at the Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel. Our goal is to enhance the customer experience by having an enthusiastic staff to ensure event guests are well taken care of!

• Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Replace soiled table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware including polishing silver and wiping down spotted glasses.
• Assist with rolling silver into napkins for service presentation on tables
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Supply service bar with food, such as soups, salads, and desserts.
• Service ice water and butter to guests.
• Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
• Run errands or deliver food orders to offices.
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
