Batley's Grill & Bar is located in Neenah, connected to the Best Western Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center, is currently seeking a part-time Bartender.

As a Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From crafting signature drinks to ensuring smooth, friendly service, your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, with precision and creativity.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests, take drink orders, answer questions, and make thoughtful menu recommendations.
• Restock supplies, manage inventory, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
• Stay informed about menu updates, seasonal ingredients, and daily specials.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; creativity in crafting unique cocktails is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
