Dispatcher-Pay Range: $20.00-28.00/hr
The DDS Companies is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Dispatcher. This role will be part of our Natural Gas Construction division. This individual will be responsible for assisting our field supervision and management staff in the execution of our Gas Meter Exchange Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of meter maintenance and replacement projects
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and performance
- Ensure all procedures meet safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor site assessments and installation accuracy
- Provide regular updates to client representatives on project timeline and milestones
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple field teams
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must know Microsoft 365 products including Word, Excel, and Project
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with meter types, AMR/AMI upgrades, and gas flow measurement
- Prior experience in natural gas operations, specifically with gas meter exchanges and pilot relights
