About This Position
Medical Office Lead
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Lead
Work location: 6401 Harris Parkway - Suite 120 Fort Worth, Texas 76132
Work environment: Office Setting
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (8am - 5pm), Fridays (8am - 1pm)
Department Highlights:
• Small clinic with wonderful team that is growing
• Clinic closes early on Fridays
• Potential promotional opportunities
Here's What You Need:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
• Two years of Front and Back Office experience in a Clinical Setting (REQUIRED)
Orthopedic Office experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
• Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation
• Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues
• Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic
• Coordinate general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties
• Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times
