REQUIRED: QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales (roofing or home improvement sales a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• A hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals.
• Commitment to generating referrals to drive new business.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

Monthly Sales: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Close Rate: Maintain a high percentage of closed deals.

REQUIRED: WORKING CONDITIONS

• Hours: 40 hours weekly and additional as needed
• Location: to be performed at Phoenix Reimagine location
• Travel: no travel to jobsites or other locations required
