What You'll Do
- Manage residential interior and exterior painting projects end-to-end
- Communicate proactively with homeowners — no surprises, no dropped balls
- Keep subcontractor crews aligned to Dino's quality, cleanliness, and timeline standards
- Lead walk-throughs, punch lists, and final sign-offs on every job
- Own the production schedule and push jobs forward daily
- Keep job documentation clean and current in our management tools
Compensation
- Base + commission — your effort drives your paycheck
- Spiffs available for delivering an exceptional client experience
$51,200 - $81,400 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish.
- Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight.
- Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines.
- Solve problems on-site fast so jobs never stall.
- Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline.
- Document everything cleanly in our job management tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership presence—crews follow your direction the first time.
- Clean driving record.
- Tech-capable with scheduling software, apps, photos, and documentation.
- Detail-driven, organized, and consistent.
- Available to work evenings and weekends, especially in the busy season. (April - September)
