Job Title: Painter (W-2 or Sub-Contractor)

With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Painters—either W-2 employees or subcontractors—to join our growing team. This position involves completing high-quality painting projects at various locations throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in both interior and exterior residential painting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting on multi-family homes and mobile home units.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as needed.

• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas on each job site.

• Complete assigned projects at multiple properties each day with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Ensure all work meets company standards and adheres to safety protocols.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial).

• Knowledge of proper surface preparation and finishing techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, professional results.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
