As the AGM, you are the co-captain of the team, supporting the General Manager. You will create a fun dining experience for Guests ensuring 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues are resolved throughout the shift. You will lead and coach Team Members and provide direction for both the front of the house and the heart of the house teams. As the AGM, you will drive operational readiness and execution, train, build, and motivate a strong team that provides exceptional customer service. You will also create community connections extending our fan base through local store marketing.
