Job Duties

· Receiving inbound purchase orders

· Put-away of inventory

· Picking outbound work/sales orders

· Packaging outbound sales orders

· Maintains quality service by following organization standards

· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat

· Maintains clean shipping supply area

· Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

· Other tasks as assigned by management

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· General knowledge of IT equipment (hard drives, memory, etc.)

· Ability to cope with the pressure of peak workloads, short deadlines, and project-based work

· Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes/standards

· Possess the ability and willingness to motivate and support other team members

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge in Microsoft Navision

Special Conditions of Employment

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and team lift 100 lbs. occasionally

· Push/Pull bins ranging in weight from 25 – 350 lbs.

· Standing, kneeling, pulling crouching walking, and repetitive motions
