Painter Job Description

Reports to: Director of Facilities

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness and safety of the Hotel and Property grounds.

Job Duties:

Uphold Coyle, Forbes and all Service Standards.Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position.Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.Organizing and maintaining paint and engineering shopsHVAC filter and preventive maintenanceLight engineering duties as assigned- paint touchups, room repairs, general maintenance all within modified restrictions.

Summary of Physical Requirements:

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to others.Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to but not exceeding 20 pounds.Kneel, bend, crouch as required.
