Venture Tech Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of duties related to the upkeep, repair, and installation of machinery, equipment, and building facilities.

Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable maintenance/handy man/woman. All around basic maintenance knowledge with experience.

SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, performs a variety of general maintenance and some light janitorial duties from time to time.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

· Painting, caulking and drywall repairs

·Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, and water fountains

· Light maintenance duties such as plumbing and/or equipment repair or replacement

· Assembles and moves furniture time to time, hangs pictures and bulletin boards, moves and sets up tables and chairs

· The Maintenance Worker will appropriately clean and polish tile floors from time to time

· Clean windows interior/exterior from time to time

· Pressure Washing exterior entry areas

· The Maintenance Worker will remove all stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, around light switches, private entry glass and dividers

· Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED

· 1-year experience

· General building maintenance experience

· Must have reliable transportation from Location Site to Location Site

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work involves moderate work. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
