We're seeking a Front Desk Clerk who radiates positivity, thrives on meaningful guest interactions, and views every moment as an opportunity to champion wellness and create memorable stays. What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with authentic enthusiasm and a personalized welcome that sets the tone for a restorative stay.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payments with precision, efficiency, and a welcoming smile.

Respond to phone inquiries, anticipate needs, answer questions about hotel amenities (like our state-of-the-art fitness center or healthy dining at EVEN Kitchen & Bar), and resolve any concerns with empathy and quick resolution.

Partner seamlessly with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other teams to fulfill guest requests—whether it's recommending local wellness spots or arranging in-room fitness equipment access.

Keep the front desk area pristine, organized, and inviting, reflecting the hotel's clean, light-filled wellness aesthetic.

Stay informed on property features, local attractions (from Siesta Key beaches to Premier Sports Campus), upcoming events, and brand wellness initiatives to offer thoughtful, tailored recommendations.

Step in to support other areas (housekeeping runners or food & beverage) when needed—we're a unified team dedicated to guest well-being.

What We’re Looking For

A natural people-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality and guest connection.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and composed under pressure—able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive vibe.

Flexible availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays (our guests' wellness journeys don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule).

Prior front desk, hotel, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're eager to train candidates with the right attitude and energy.

Genuine enthusiasm for wellness, people, and creating feel-good experiences.
Comfortable with hotel technology systems and quick to learn new tools.
