In this role, you will lead the design and execution of organizational development and learning strategies that enhance performance, scalability, and adaptability across the business. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on builder, ensuring initiatives are embedded into real business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and driving the organization’s Learning & Development and Organizational Effectiveness strategy, including long-term vision and operating model
- Assessing current capabilities and transforming fragmented efforts into cohesive, scalable systems
- Leading organizational diagnostics, team design, and capability-building initiatives to improve effectiveness and performance
- Embedding learning into key business initiatives, transformations, and scaling efforts to enable development in the flow of work
- Designing and implementing change management strategies that support growth and adoption of new ways of working
- Building and scaling leadership and manager development programs across all levels
- Supporting the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and preparing teams for the future of work
- Integrating L&D and OD initiatives with broader talent systems such as performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Establishing metrics, feedback loops, and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve programs
- Leading and developing a high-impact team while contributing directly to critical initiatives
This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep expertise in organizational development and learning. You should be comfortable operating in high-growth, dynamic environments and influencing senior stakeholders. Key requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related fields
- Proven ability to design and scale systems that improve leadership capability and organizational performance
- Experience acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing decisions and driving organizational change
- Strong background in organizational diagnostics, change management, and capability modeling
- Demonstrated experience embedding learning into business initiatives rather than standalone programs
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes
- Experience designing leadership development, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and talent systems
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, and their impact on workforce capability and productivity
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
