Position Overview: We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Enablement and Leadership Development to serve as a senior leader responsible for two critical, interconnected priorities across the organization. First, this role owns the full producer engine, including sourcing, onboarding, accelerating, and developing Tier 3 (new) Producers into long-term revenue contributors. Second, this role leads the enterprise leadership development strategy, building the leadership pipeline, bench strength, and succession framework across agency, regional, and corporate functions. This is a highly commercial role focused on measurable business outcomes, including producer revenue attainment, leadership capability, internal promotion rates, and long-term organizational growth.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, fully remote position with travel to Core Agency Partners and corporate offices as required.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for Tier 3 Producer talent acquisition, including sourcing, assessment, selection criteria, hiring scorecards, and pipeline development aligned to enterprise growth goals.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine a structured, outcomes-driven Producer onboarding and learning program focused on accelerating time to productivity, revenue attainment, and long-term retention.
  • Establish clear year-one success criteria for Producers, including CRM discipline, prospecting activity, pipeline management, carrier and product knowledge, cross-sell execution, and revenue milestones.
  • Build and scale post-program coaching infrastructure, equipping sales leaders with tools, frameworks, scorecards, and performance improvement pathways to support continued Producer development.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership on Producer ramp, performance trends, succession planning, and bench strength within the production organization.
  • Partner closely with the Chief People Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Regional Presidents, and agency leadership to align talent development initiatives with enterprise growth strategy.
  • Lead the enterprise leadership development strategy across agencies, regions, and corporate teams, including competency models, career pathways, succession planning, and high-potential leadership programs.
  • Design and deliver leadership development experiences for frontline managers, senior leaders, agency principals, regional leadership, and corporate executives.
  • Oversee and develop the Learning & Development team, including operating model, team priorities, learning technology, instructional design standards, and governance.
  • Build and manage the business case, economics model, and ROI framework for both Producer development and enterprise leadership development investments.
  • Track and report on key business metrics, including cost per hire, time to first revenue, ramp curve, year-one and year-two attainment, retention, internal fill rates, and leadership bench strength.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Producer in an insurance brokerage, carrier distribution, or comparable commission-based sales environment, with a demonstrated track record of book generation and revenue production.
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, sales enablement, talent development, or leadership development, with direct ownership of measurable business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level enablement, Producer development, or leadership development functions, preferably within insurance brokerage or distribution organizations.
  • Proven experience leading and developing Learning & Development teams and building enterprise leadership strategies at scale.
  • Deep understanding of insurance brokerage operations, including commercial lines, employee benefits, sales structures, and Producer economics.
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling programs tied directly to revenue growth, productivity improvement, retention, and organizational capability.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across senior leadership teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI models, forecast program performance, and connect talent development initiatives to revenue outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and industry certifications such as CIC, CPCU, CEBS, or executive coaching credentials preferred.
