About the role

Colure Health is scaling rapidly across multiple states, and we are looking for a Billing / Revenue Cycle Specialist who can own the full claims lifecycle for Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). This role is critical to ensuring clean claims, fast payment cycles, and predictable revenue as we expand.

You will work closely with Operations, QA, and our clinical vendor teams to ensure every patient encounter is billable, compliant, and submitted on time. This is a high‑impact role where accuracy, speed, and ownership matter.

What you'll do

· Claims Submission: Prepare and submit clean claims for CCM and RPM services across multiple payers.

· Eligibility & Coverage Verification: Confirm patient eligibility and payer requirements before billing.

· Denials & Appeals: Identify root causes, correct errors, and resubmit claims quickly.

· Payment Posting: Reconcile payments, EOBs, and remittances with internal records.

· Month‑End Revenue Tie‑Out: Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue capture and reporting.

· Payer Portal Management: Monitor claim statuses, respond to payer requests, and escalate issues.

· Documentation Review: Work with QA to ensure documentation meets billing standards.

· Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflows and help build scalable RCM processes as we grow.

What you bring

· 2–4+ years of experience in medical billing or RCM, ideally in CCM/RPM or primary care

· Strong understanding of CPT codes, payer rules, and documentation requirements

· Experience with clearinghouses, payer portals, and EHR/RCM systems

· High attention to detail and comfort working in fast‑moving environments

· Ability to troubleshoot denials and communicate clearly with internal teams
