What You'll Be Doing

• Perform drain cleaning and sewer line services using various equipment (snakes, jetters, cameras, etc.)
• Inspect and diagnose drainage issues
• Provide clear and accurate explanations to customers about issues and solutions
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
• Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicle

Requirements:

• Previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend hours (primarily Saturday as part of weekly schedule)
