What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care and support with daily routines
• Follow individualized care plans to support resident well-being
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Active CNA certification required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living
• Open to students and recent graduates
