What You Will Do:
· Generate new dealer business across assigned territories through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and market engagement.
· Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
· Build and maintain professional relationships with multiple levels of dealership personnel, including owners, general managers, used car managers, inventory managers, title clerks, and buyers.
· Ensure all weekly, monthly, and post-sale reports related to assigned accounts are accurate, timely, and properly distributed.
· Support the coordination and execution of auction day activities to ensure a seamless seller and buyer experience.
· Assist with the resolution of IF Bid transactions following the auction, including communication between buyers and sellers.
· Develop and manage dealer pricing plans and service packages, negotiating terms as appropriate within company guidelines.
· Educate and encourage dealers to utilize the full suite of auction services, including digital platforms and value-added offerings.
· Assist with post-sale activities including OVE, Pipeline, and Liquid Motors to maximize seller outcomes and conversion rates.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all dealer interactions, visits, opportunities, commitments, and follow-ups in CRM (Spark). All activity must be recorded in real time or within 24 hours to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and performance accountability.
· Meet established goals for territory and sales quotas.
