Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute complex commercial HVAC installations, repairs, and commissioning tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues across VRF/VRV, chilled water, boilers, WSHPs, RTUs, controls, and hydronic systems.

  • Supervise field crews, ensuring quality work, safety standards, and code compliance.

  • Serve as the senior technical resource for both field and office teams.

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and mechanical specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, vendors, and inspectors.

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, craftsmanship, and accountability.

Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in commercial HVAC systems.

  • Expertise across mechanical systems, diagnostics, and controls.

  • Proven field leadership experience - people naturally turn to you for answers.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and own results from start to finish.

  • NYC commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred.

  • EPA Universal Certification required.

  • Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
