Seasonal Golf Pro Shop Manager 2026 at City of Florissant – FLORISSANT, Missouri

Rate: $19.00 hourly

Status: Seasonal

General Purpose

• Assists Pro Shop Manager with daily golf operations including but not limited to, open play golf, leagues, and tournaments.
• Coordinates golf small groups and occasional small tournaments.
• Communicates with Golf Course Superintendent to be aware of any closures or restrictions for the day.
• Directly oversees Pro Shop Attendants and Cart Attendants to maintain the expected levels of service for our guests.
• Handles inventory of hard and soft goods in the pro shop.
• Responsibly manages the tee sheet to maintain maximum utilization of the golf course at all times.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years of age or older
• A valid driver's license preferred
• Cash handling experience necessary
• Inventory control experience helpful
• Hours of operation may vary
• Shift work required
• Will need to be available to work from March to November (full season)
• Must pass background check
