Remote Senior Professional Services Project Manager
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact by guiding multiple customer projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. Your expertise in project management will be crucial as you align resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll contribute to enhancing the organization's reputation in the industry, managing change, and overcoming challenges to deliver exceptional results. Accountabilities- Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption.
- Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion.
- Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and align with corporate goals.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Oversee customer relationships and satisfaction during all phases of engagement.
- 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing project management roles in a technology organization.
- Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams.
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Experience handling escalations at all levels.
- Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with creating and maintaining a repeatable project methodology.
- Understanding of technology related to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred.
- Willing to work during US Eastern time.
