Making copies and organizing documents Bar coding and scanning files into our system Sorting, distributing, and handling mail Assisting with filing and general office tasks Other duties as assigned by team members Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar programs) Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Reliable, punctual, and willing to take on various tasks Previous office experience is a plus, but not required Flexible hours that work with your schedule Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to gain experience in a law firm setting Great for students looking for part-time work Competitive pay
