Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, adjust, and break down packaging, bottling, and filling equipment on a daily basis.
• Configure and fine-tune machinery including fillers, crimpers, press stations, labeling machines, inkjet coders, cello machines, and CVC wrap labeling systems.
• Perform line changeovers, including roll changes and machine adjustments, to support different production runs.
• Monitor and maintain continuous machine operation to maximize daily output and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues in real time.
• Conduct routine equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and make-ready activities for upcoming production orders.
• Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Verify that materials used in production align with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Document daily machine performance, maintenance activities, and operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• Technical school degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with packaging, bottling, or filling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to set up and adjust production machinery.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production setting.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM) and production documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards within manufacturing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
