Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst in United States.
This role is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-scaling fintech environment where finance is becoming a central driver of strategic decision-making. You will operate as a key partner to executive leadership, helping translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights that guide growth, profitability, and investment decisions. Working fully remotely within a global organization, you will build and refine financial models, forecasting systems, and performance dashboards used across the business. The role blends analytical rigor with strategic influence, supporting areas such as pricing, workforce planning, and unit economics. You will have direct exposure to senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping how the business scales. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and wants ownership over core financial planning infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end financial planning processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting across revenue, expenses, and headcount.
- Build and maintain scalable financial models to support growth planning, scenario analysis, and executive decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to develop bottoms-up budgets and track performance against financial targets.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the business.
- Develop workforce planning models to forecast staffing needs across support, operations, and shared services functions.
- Analyze unit economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and cohort performance to inform growth strategy.
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing, product launches, vendor investments, and profitability optimization.
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and board/investor materials with clear business narratives.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling expertise with the ability to build complex models from scratch.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of unit economics, growth metrics, and performance analytics (CAC, LTV, margins, etc.).
- Experience with workforce planning or operational capacity modeling is highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000.
- Fully remote work within the United States.
- High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Opportunity to shape and build finance capabilities in a high-growth fintech environment.
- Performance-driven culture with meaningful ownership and visibility.
- Collaborative, global remote-first team environment.
- Strong potential for career growth in a scaling organization.
