Recruiting Coordinator

This role is a key operational driver within a fast-paced talent acquisition environment, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will coordinate end-to-end recruiting activities while maintaining accuracy, structure, and strong communication across multiple stakeholders. Acting as the backbone of the recruiting process, you will help streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support both corporate and client-facing hiring needs. The position requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. You will also gain exposure to broader talent acquisition strategy, analytics, and recruiting systems administration. Accountabilities

In this role, you will coordinate and support the full recruiting lifecycle while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders involved. You will also contribute to process improvements, reporting, and system management within the talent acquisition function:

  • Manage end-to-end interview coordination and recruiting process administration to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients, ensuring timely and high-quality communication.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
  • Support recruiting analytics by preparing reports, dashboards, and key hiring metrics for decision-making.
  • Assist with internal and external recruiting communications and candidate engagement efforts.
  • Support compliance requirements and ensure adherence to hiring policies and standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements, recruiting projects, and strategic talent initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You bring strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset to support a high-touch recruiting experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a professional, fast-paced environment (HR, recruiting, operations, or coordination preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.).
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
