Performance Toyota Fairfield is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. Position Overview:
This is a hands-on role for an experienced automotive Parts Counterperson with a proven track record in parts operations and customer service. You will be responsible for providing expert support at the parts counter, managing inventory processes, and ensuring prompt, accurate service to technicians and retail customers.
Compensation:
- Hourly | $22.00 - $26.00 Pr. Hr.
- Commission Based | $45,000 – $55,000 Annually (experience-based)
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Off Sunday and Monday

Responsibilities:
- Support customers and technicians at the parts counter
- Accurately identify, source, and process automotive parts orders and returns
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and organization
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely parts delivery
- Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Experience as an automotive parts counterperson
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer skills and parts software experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Drug-free workplace
