Job Description: Are you passionate about helping others and interested in a career in healthcare? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Allergy Tester to join our growing team. As an Allergy Tester, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients by performing allergy tests, administering treatments, and assisting with patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct allergy skin testing and interpret results under the supervision of an ENT specialist.
  • Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy (allergy shots) and sublingual immunotherapy.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting test results, treatments, and progress notes.
  • Educate patients on allergy management, treatment plans, and proper use of medications.
  • Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and coordination of care.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in healthcare is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a medical assistant, technician, or in a related healthcare role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is an advantage.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
