MOUNT CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Reports to: Church Administrator
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
Supervises staff and contractors in the identification, securing, and use of systems,
equipment, and services necessary to maintain the church buildings.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts proactively to prevent costly repairs and failures. Understands and applies basic emergency facility procedures
Identifies cleaning methods, supplies, equipment, and practices for efficient and
cost-effective building maintenance. Documents actions, repairs, and expenses of
services to systems and equipment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School graduation is required. At least two years of college education is
desired. At least five years of relevant work experience above the High School
level can be substituted for college experience. At least five years of supervisory
experience is required. Certification in at least three industry function areas is
required.
