Client Support Liaison at CMC:Berkshires – New Marlborough, Massachusetts

CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change.

CMCB is currently hiring Client Support Liaisons for various shifts.

Shifts Currently Available:

Saturday*, Sunday*, Tuesday, Wednesday 1PM-11PM

Friday-Sunday* 1PM-11PM

Monday-Wednesday 1PM-9PM

*Weekends shifts are eligible for a $5 hourly shift differential in addition to regular hourly rate

Client Support Liaisons act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience. May assist with medication access or logistics. Incredible opportunity for direct client care, community building, and personal growth in evidence-based treatment setting. • Starting wage $22/hour + $5/hour shift differential for eligible shifts.
• Potential for promotion to Senior level after 9 months.
• Position is full-time, benefit eligible at 30+ hours/week
• Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license in good standing
• Position requires a background check

• Preferred experience: Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work. Students currently enrolled in related degree program encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and with different personalities
• Patience, empathy and kindness for others. This is a support role for those in recovery.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours
• Ability to and comfortable with working independent
• Ability to and is comfortable with driving a mini-van
• Ability to lift, push, pull weight of up to 50 lbs.
