Requirements:What you will bring to the team:
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
· Strong background in industrial automation, controls systems, and robotics integration
· Experience working with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, and motion control systems
· Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment
· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
· Hands-on troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship
What You’ll Do:
· Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout our manufacturing operations.
· Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
· Lead and support automation initiatives including integration and optimization of robotics, PLCs, and advanced control systems
· Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
· Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment — including highly automated and robotic systems
· Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and controls enhancements
· Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies.
· Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
· Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems.
· Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues.
