Position Summary:
The Advancement team at the University of New Mexico School of Law seeks an Operations Specialist to assist with administrative and event support. We are a fun yet serious group that works to enhance the reputation of the School. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Advancement. Main duties include: coordinating and performing a wide variety of administrative and program support activities, event management, purchasing, data entry, assisting visitors, donor stewardship, and other similar duties as assigned. The Operations Specialist will work as part of the Advancement team but will be expected to independently manage their work-load.
This position works on-site at the Law School full-time, with a typical, 8 to 5 Monday-Friday schedule.

- Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
