MyMenopauseRx is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing virtual healthcare practice. In this role, you will support both clinical operations and front-office functions, ensuring our patients receive seamless, high-quality care.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes initiative to solve problems independently. At MyMenopauseRs, we lead with empathy, trust, and collaboration.

✅ Deliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications
✅ Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications
✅ Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking
✅ Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR
✅ Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification
✅ Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance

🔹 Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required
🔹 2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred
🔹 Prior experience with an EMR required
🔹 Prior experience with CoverMyMeds and prior authorizations preferred
🔹 Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
🔹 Reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday some evenings)
• $22-24/hour, non-exempt
• Hybrid 75% remote and 25% in person (Winfield, IL)
