Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

TRESU Americas is looking for an experienced warehouse and logistics specialist that can successfully handle both daily shipping and receiving tasks as well as more administrative duties like invoicing customers, international shipments and process improvement.

This is a full-time hourly position in a heated and cooled warehouse environment and would report to the Supply Chain Manager.

TRESU is Danish company specializing in industrial graphic arts equipment, parts and service for FLEXO printing presses. Our Americas office is in Grapevine, TX and is responsible for business in Canada, USA, Mexico, Central and South America. Office hours are 7:30am-4pm M-F, 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:

Daily shipping and receiving, picking, packing, stockingHandling administration of domestic and international shipping documentsScheduling shipments of both small packages and LTL cargo using FedEx, UPS and DHL communication sitesFile freight claims for lost or damaged goodsDaily sending of invoices to customers via emailForklift and pallet jack operationAssist with inventory controls including bin checks, receiving discrepancies, inventory adjustments in SAPTrack returns and warranty partsUse of Bill of Lading documentsMaintaining adequate supply of packing and shipping materials

Qualifications:

Current or previous shipping/receiving experienceInventory management experienceSAP experienceCompetence in Microsoft Office applicationsGood verbal and written communication skillsAble to lift 60 poundsCritical thinker with demonstrated process improvement abilities
