Groundskeeper - Full Time

Hilton Garden Inn and Coconut Charlies at St. Pete Beach has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time groundskeeper to join our team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Remove trash, straighten furniture, re-set outdoor furniture in all areas (pool, tiki bar, hammock garden, etc.
• Trash removal on grounds and outdoor garbage, pool areas and tiki bar
• Power wash/sweep tiki deck
• Rake sand by tiki and hammock garden
• Remove weeds and dead palm fronds
• Leaf blow grassy turf area
• Water plants
• Clean exterior windows
• Skim pool
• Remove trash, dirty towels, etc. from pool area
• Clean outdoor restrooms at tiki bar and pool
• Maintain the appearance of all external areas – beach, bocci court, pool decks, etc.
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner

Physical Requirements for this Position

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position would require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.

Pay Scale: $14.40 - $15.90/hour
