- Support customers via phone, email, and online chat to help diagnose pond challenges and identify the right DIY solutions.

- Process online orders, update customer records, and ensure accurate and timely service.

- Build hands-on knowledge of SePRO’s consumer pond-care products and their use in small and medium-sized waterbodies.

- Assist with digital marketing and promotional activities that drive engagement and online sales.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve the DIY shopper experience.

- Currently pursuing a degree (Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Aquatic Biology, Natural Resources, or related field preferred).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills that make customers feel supported.

- A problem-solving mindset and comfort asking clarifying questions.

- Ability to stay organized and work independently while contributing to a team environment.

- Interest in e-commerce, customer experience, or environmental product industries.

- Work directly with industry professionals in aquatic science and digital commerce.
