Job Summary:

Are you a movie lover who enjoys entertaining people and making a lasting phenomenal impact on others? Look no further! We are seeking Back of House employees who have experience in providing an excellent culinary experience while ensuring consistency and quality in a clean, safe and sanitary environment. You will assist in crafting outstanding and mouth-watering food as you strive to build an unforgettable experience for our valued guests!

What You'll Do:

• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

• Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep team and guests balanced and safe. Knowledgeable about all LOOK policies, procedures and signature recipes

• Clean, prep, organize, and maintain kitchen and dish washing areas as needed and assigned

• Follow cleaning schedules, prep-lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems used to control food waste, production, and quality

• Carry out safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols

• Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business guides

What You'll Need:

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to lifting, up to 50 lbs

• Experience in quantity food preparation is a plus

• Demonstrate vocal and motivational skills to encourage your team.

• Strong cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

• Possession of a Food Service Sanitation Certificate

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
