What You Will Do:
- Responsible for managing multiple clients and projects at once, efficiently addressing a range of administrative support needs.Overseeing database management, generating essential project documents, and ensuring all electronic files are organized according to established protocols. Accountable for maintaining the accuracy of right-of-way documentation across diverse client projectsCreating and updating comprehensive landowner line listsAssisting in the preparation and review of eminent domain documents, leveraging GIS databases for document development and analysisProviding ongoing support to multiple project managers and land agents throughout each project's lifespan.
- Experience with Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe, Share File, database management5+ years administrative experience in the right-of-way industryHigh School Diploma or equivalencyExperience with title and legal documentsKnowledge and skills in land descriptions and terminology, easements, and a variety of conveyance documentsKnowledge of county recording procedures and requirementsExperience with county GIS and parcel data systemsFamiliar with standard eminent domain documentation and processesSelf-motivated, team oriented, collaboratorDetail oriented and organizedExcellent oral and written communication skillsWork autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team playerComputer proficiency, with above-average ability in Word and ExcelSelf-starter and able to work in an organized manner with limited supervisionAbility to demonstrate initiative and assertivenessAbility to plan and manage workloads and prioritize in an efficient mannerAbility to work well under stress and time pressuresAbility to adapt to changeStrong analytical skillsAbility and willingness to follow proceduresAble to work 40 hours a weekAble to work in the posted locations
