Job Responsibilities

Identify and dispatch vendors whose skills align with the tradeRecruit new vendors as neededNegotiate vendor labor and material pricingProactively monitor communications with clients to ensure proper updates are sent out, either directly to the client or on their 3rd party system.Answer client and vendor inquires and resolve issues in a timely mannerTrack materials and schedule jobs within client expectationsWork with Project Managers to resolve client/vendor escalationsPerform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor (including but not limited to processing final invoices, processing vendor invoices, processing PO’s and overseeing documentation that are project related)Job Qualifications:

2-year degreeCommercial construction and/or facility maintenance experience preferredStrong customer service and management skillsExcellent Time management skillsInternet savvy and proficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized & detail oriented
