Schedule: Full-time Compensation:

- Base salary: $130,000 to $150,000

- ProSal production-based bonus

True.Vet Heartland is our newest acquisition: a beloved Bartlett practice with three decades of

clients, reputation, and roots in the community. We've stepped in as stewards. Now we're

looking for the veterinarian who's going to lead it into its next chapter.

Not as an associate. Not as a 'medical director' with a fancy title and no real authority. As a

partner, with an ownership stake from day one and a clear, structured path to owning the

practice outright.

What You'll Do

Lead the Medicine. Practice high-quality care across wellness, urgent care, surgery, and

dentistry, supported by a team of CVTs and assistants who are paid well, trained well, and

trusted to operate at the top of their license.

Lead the Hospital. Set the tone for culture, client experience, and clinical standards. Help

shape the team. Make the calls that owners make.

Modernize What's Already Great. Bring digital records, smart scheduling, telehealth, and a

tech-forward client experience to a practice that already has the foundation. Improve the

systems. Elevate the workflow. Build the version of this hospital that the next 30 years deserve.

Learn the Business. Work directly with experienced operators through True Vet Potential.

Build fluency in everything from financial statements to capacity modeling to local marketing.

Build the Movement. Help shape the Owner in Residence playbook itself. You're early. The

way you build Heartland helps define how the next True.Vet location does it, and the one after

that.

Who We're Looking For

The early-career veterinarian (roughly 2 to 6 years out) who:

1. Loves the medicine AND wants to learn the business

2. Has the ambition to own and the humility to be coached

3. Sees the future of veterinary medicine clearly and wants to help build it

4. Believes a great clinic can serve clients beautifully AND treat its team beautifully

5. Wants to get in early on something that's going to matter

You don't need ownership experience. We'll teach you. You don't need a war chest of cash. The

model is built around real-life early-career veterinarians.
