This role is centered on managing and optimizing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure-based environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing collaboration and identity services across the organization. You will take ownership of Exchange Online and identity management systems, playing a critical role in maintaining email integrity, access control, and hybrid cloud security. The position requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft ecosystems combined with a strong focus on troubleshooting complex issues and improving system resilience. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate identity and communication services across platforms. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will contribute to automation, process improvement, and large-scale modernization initiatives. This is a senior technical role with high impact on enterprise productivity, security, and user experience.

• Administer and manage Exchange Online environments, including mailboxes, groups, policies, and email flow configurations.
• Implement and maintain email security and authentication controls using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Exchange Online performance and resolve complex mail flow and service issues.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes across Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including authentication, SSO, MFA, and hybrid identity setups.
• Implement and enforce identity governance policies such as Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, and compliance controls.
• Support integration of identity and messaging systems with enterprise applications and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure secure access management and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead or contribute to M365-related projects, including system enhancements, migrations, and upgrades.
• Document configurations, processes, and system changes while ensuring operational best practices are followed.
• Provide advanced support, guidance, and knowledge sharing to internal IT teams and end users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and identity management solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
• Solid understanding of identity protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience managing conditional access, identity governance, and enterprise security policies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Preferred certifications such as MS-100, MS-200, MS-500, or Azure-related certifications.
