Project Manager - HVAC Service Technician

What You'll Do:

- Manage and oversee HVAC service projects from initiation to completion

- Coordinate with clients, technicians, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

- Conduct site inspections and assess project needs

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with project management responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians

- Effective communication and customer service skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Valid HVAC technician license or certification

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Ability to work in various environments and handle physical demands of the job
