Spanish Bilingual Insurance Claims Support (PH-Remote)

Liveops is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Independent Contractors fluent in English and Spanish (U.S. Spanish dialect)to support inbound First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for a leading insurance provider. As an Insurance Claims Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting callers during the initial stages of their insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound FNOL calls with empathy and efficiency.
    • Document caller information and claim details accurately.
    • Follow client-provided FAQs and scripts to ensure consistent service.
    • Maintain compliance with client expectations and Liveops standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and U.S. Spanish dialect.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance claims or similar customer service role is preferred

  • Wired Internet (Wi-fi is not acceptable)
    • Internet Download Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps or faster
    • Internet Upload Speed: Minimum 5 Mbps or faster

    • Enable and configure the Windows Update module to update automatically.
    • Enable Microsoft Defender & Firewall protection.
    • Install Adware software to protect from spyware, malware, etc.

Earning Potential

This opportunity pays for time spent supporting inbound calls

  • $14 USD per hour productive time

New LiveopsIndependent contractors are eligible to earn up to $150 in incentives for completing certification and meeting client performance metrics.

Available Hours

Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. (2 commits = 1 hour)

  • Sunday to Sunday
  • 8:00 PM to 10:00 AMPHT

Client Commit Expectations:

  • Minimum of 80+ hours per month
  • Additional hours maybe required by the client in the event of a major weather event.

Certification Overview:

If you choose to participate in this program and meet the required standards, you will need to complete a client-mandated certification.

  • Certification may take up to 4 weeks to complete
  • Live sessions will occur between 10 pm PHT - 4 am PHT
  • All certification requirements for the program must be posted by the deadlines.
  • Attendance and participation at live virtual classroom sessions is required by the client.
  • Must complete certification to move to Nesting.
