Job Description
Liveops is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Independent Contractors fluent in English and Spanish (U.S. Spanish dialect)to support inbound First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls for a leading insurance provider. As an Insurance Claims Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting callers during the initial stages of their insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound FNOL calls with empathy and efficiency.
- Document caller information and claim details accurately.
- Follow client-provided FAQs and scripts to ensure consistent service.
- Maintain compliance with client expectations and Liveops standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and U.S. Spanish dialect.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Earning Potential
This opportunity pays for time spent supporting inbound calls
- $14 USD per hour productive time
New LiveopsIndependent contractors are eligible to earn up to $150 in incentives for completing certification and meeting client performance metrics.
Available Hours
Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. (2 commits = 1 hour)
- Sunday to Sunday
- 8:00 PM to 10:00 AMPHT
Client Commit Expectations:
- Minimum of 80+ hours per month
- Additional hours maybe required by the client in the event of a major weather event.
Certification Overview:
If you choose to participate in this program and meet the required standards, you will need to complete a client-mandated certification.
- Certification may take up to 4 weeks to complete
- Live sessions will occur between 10 pm PHT - 4 am PHT
- All certification requirements for the program must be posted by the deadlines.
- Attendance and participation at live virtual classroom sessions is required by the client.
- Must complete certification to move to Nesting.
