We are a well-established, growth-focused training organization seeking a Campus Director (Sales / Operations Leader) to take charge of a high-potential Tucson campus. This role is ideal for someone who treats business like their own—someone who is energized by numbers, accountability, and building a top-performing sales culture.
What You’ll Own
- Full responsibility for campus revenue, enrollment growth, and profitability
- Leadership of admissions (sales) and operations teams to consistently exceed targets
- Development of a high-performance, metrics-driven culture
- Optimization of the customer journey—from first inquiry to successful enrollment
- Continuous improvement of processes to increase conversion rates and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enrollment growth by managing and coaching the admissions (sales) team
- Track, analyze, and act on KPIs including lead conversion, start rates, and revenue
- Build, mentor, and hold accountable a results-driven team
- Oversee and optimize the full sales funnel, from lead generation through enrollment
- Ensure a high-energy, customer-focused experience that converts prospects into students
- Manage daily campus operations while keeping a sharp focus on revenue performance
- Own the campus budget, expenses, and financial outcomes
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase market share
- Maintain compliance while executing with speed and efficiency
- Represent the campus externally and build partnerships that generate new business
- Compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
- Plan, organize, administer, review and evaluate the work of office support and operations staff
- Provide for the selection, training and professional development, and work evaluation of subordinate staff; make recommendations on hiring, terminations, promotions, and disciplinary action as required
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- 5+ years of team management experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong background in high-ticket sales, admissions, or consultative selling
- A hands-on leadership style—you coach, inspect, and drive results daily
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into action
- Exceptional communication and closing skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly
Compensation & Rewards
- Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (DOE)
- Quarterly performance bonuses tied to results
