Alpha Premium Development is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for high-quality residential construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. The ideal candidate brings strong construction knowledge, patience, and a desire to continuously learn and grow within a residential construction environment.

• Supervise daily on-site residential construction activities from start to finish

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain project schedules

• Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Enforce jobsite safety procedures and company policies

• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs with management

• Monitor workmanship and proactively address construction challenges

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

• Assist with inspections and ensure compliance with local building requirements

• Support and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and learning

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience

• Experience managing projects $5m and up.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing

• Experience with construction management software is preferred

• Patient, knowledgeable leader with a willingness to teach and learn

• Ability to communicate clearly with crews, subcontractors, and management

• Reliable, organized, and capable of managing multiple jobsite priorities
