Line Cook at NM Residential – North Royalton, Ohio

Mr. Divot’s Bar & Grill is currently hiring full-time and part-time Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
• Stock and maintain food supplies at assigned stations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Work efficiently and calmly in a high-volume environment
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
