eDiscovery Support Project Manager in NEW YORK, New York at PRYOR CASHMAN

JOB SUMMARY

The eDiscovery Support Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of eDiscovery projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements. This role involves coordinating workflows, managing data processing, overseeing document review, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of eDiscovery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), litigation support technologies, and project management principles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, from data collection to production.
• Coordinate with legal teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
• Ensure data security and integrity throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and FRCP.
• Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables effectively.
• Manage expectations and provide solutions to evolving project needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
